Her background includes working complex child abuse and exploitation cases, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and training professionals across the country. Her curriculum has been approved throughout the United States for Continuing Education Credit for Officers, Teachers, and the Private Sector.

Meet the Founder
Nichole Douglas is a seasoned Child Abuse Investigator with over a thousand cases investigated in her career. She has arrested hundreds of perpetrators for Child Abuse and Sex Crimes. Nichole has spoken at multiple universities and served as a Field Training Officer for 10 years. She has instructed police departments all across the United States. She is passionate about these cases and can attest to her successful career due to diligence and aggressive investigative habits. She is certified by the State Police in Crime Scene Investigation and Child Abuse, as well as multiple other facets imperative to these investigations, such as Homicide Death Investigations and Interviewing and Understanding Sexual Deviant Behavior. Her classes have been approved in multiple states for Officer Continuing Education Credit.
Nichole possesses a diverse background in corrections, forensic interviewing, law
enforcement, and education. She integrates a wide array of skills and experiences into her
instructional approach, providing both novice and experienced officers with a comprehensive
understanding of the complexities inherent in criminal investigations.
